Welcome...
Jay's Faq As you may know, Jay is the teacher here in the Holt. Here, you will find the answers to many questions you may have about terminology, culture, habit, and history that the elves of Peacock Mountain do not share with most of their cousins. There are also a few explanations of terms that may be used slightly differently in this Holt, or have special meaning to them.
Goldvoice's Hold Goldvoice is the Holt Talekeeper, so this section is named for her. This is where you can find out what goes on in the Holt from day to day, and learn more about the elves and their intrigues. Right now, there is only one story available, and it is the introductory story, about Spring fest. There is also a small preview of the upcoming stories, which should all be up by the end of May.
Snowfall Speaks Here Chieftess Snowfall gives the events of the past turns, starting with the Wandering, up until now, where the stories in the Hold begin. For those who wonder how on abode this all came to be;-> She begins by explaining the presence of Dragon blood in elvin veins, for those of you who don't get it (although I'm certain anyone familiar with ElfQuest can figure this one out)
Knotwood's Spirit Although their elvin blood still runs strong, their ties to the Black dragons have also given them strong ties to their home. Some call it Abode, some simply refer to it as the earth beneath their feet, but all revere it. Knotwood explains those ties here, and the role of the Black dragon as protector of the earth.
Highsun's Links The Sheng of Peacock Mountain is well known for how he gets around! Here are a list of some other ElfQuest devoted sites on the web, only the best, of course, named in honor of our favorite wanderer. You can also get peacock mountain mail here!
Marlin's Sketchbook Marlin may be the tribe's master symbol-maker, but that isn't the only art he's capable of creating. Here are some sketches of his tribe-mates, just in case you were wondering what they might look like.
